Returns

• Please Send an email to info@inkpro.ie

• Please include order number and reason for return - Faulty / wrong item purchased

• Please confirm if you require a replacement or a different model

• If you recieved a faulty item from us we will deliver a replacement and collect the faulty item at our own cost

• If you wish to return an item to us that was ordered in error you can return it within 7 days however only if the product packaging is completly unopened and no seals have been broken.

• Any items ordered in error will be returned at your own cost

Delivery

• 4.99 Euro

• Delivery is provided by a third-party courier company.

• 95% of the time Delivery is guaranteed next business day, unless otherwise stated, and delivery time can be up until 5:30pm.

• To recieve you order next business day your order must be processed before 4pm

• You will be emailed a tracking number for your order by email

• Please use this information to track your order, and if required to make contact with the courier company to provide an estimated time of arrival.

• If the delivery is beyond 5:30pm or there is a non-delivery, we would ask that our Customer care Team are notified immediately.

• Exceptional cases, particularly over the Christmas period, deliveries can be delayed due to traffic, weather and high volume, we appreciate your patience.

• We support cannot provide information relating to the specific time of a delivery.
